IHLA has informed us that Lida’s immunizations are not up to date. We received no further information than that. Please make sure she has a Tdap AND Menningococcal vaccine due to her age. All incoming 7th graders are supposed to have that before they are allowed to enroll, so maybe that is what the hold up is. We aren’t sure because she will be going into 8th grade. She also needs 5 DTaP (or 4 if the 4th is given after 4 years of age), 2 Hep A, 2 Hep B, 4 Polio (or 3 if the 3rd is given after 4 years of age), 2 varicella.
Please resubmit proof of vaccines to your IHLA PowerSchool account.
