Hello Families!

We are excited to work with you and your children this 2021-2022 school year! Currently, we have not received all the information we need to enroll your child. We want to stress the importance of making sure you:

  1. Confirm enrollment with Harmony Education as stated in your acceptance letter.

  1. Upload all necessary enrollment documents to your Harmony account here. These documents include:
    1. New Students
      1. Birth Certificate
      2. Immunization Records or Exemption Form
      3. Proof of Residency
        1. Must be out of envelope
        2. Must be dated within the 2021 year
        3. Must be a utility bill, internet bill, or mortgage/rental agreement
    2. Returning Students Entering 7th Grade
      1. Immunization Records or Exemption Form for:
      2. Meningococcal
      3. Tdap

This needs to be completed by Monday, August 2 at 12:00 PM or your child will not be able to enroll with Iron County School District partnered with Harmony Education.
