Idaho Program Availability

Harmony Educational Services is an independent curriculum provider. To gain free access to our curriculum and programs, students must register with one of our partner schools. Course packages are also available for purchase.

Once accepted into a Harmony program you will be asked to submit your enrollment paperwork to our partner school. Once the enrollment process has been completed you may request your courses.

All Curriculum is Aligned to Idaho State Standards and Supported by Certified Teachers & Harmony Mentors

All students are provided access to curriculum which maps directly to the Idaho Curriculum Standards as required by the Idaho State Department of Education.

In addition, the students are supported by a caring team of certified teachers and Harmony mentors.

What can I expect next?

Students will be contacted via email as they are accepted into the school and a Harmony program. We highly recommend that you add harmonyed.com to your safe senders list in your email program so your enrollment email will avoid your spam folder.

Feel free to call us if you haven’t received your notice by May 31st, just in case there is a problem. You can reach a Harmony Enrollment Advisor at 801-471-0208.

What can I expect once I am accepted?

Once your students are accepted by a Harmony partner school, you will be required to complete the school’s registration process. Information on how to complete that process will be emailed to you upon acceptance into both the school and a Harmony partner program.

In addition, you will be contacted by a Harmony Enrollment Advisor who can help guide you through the school’s admissions process.

No student can progress to the curriculum request process without having the following paperwork turned into the school:

  • Complete enrollment packet (all students)
  • Birth certificate (new students)
  • Complete immunizations or personal exemption (all new students and returning students only as applicable)
  • Proof of Residency
What paperwork is required?

Do I get to keep my curriculum and materials?

All books, learning materials, curriculum, technology and funding are considered property of the school/program and must be returned if a student withdraws or fails to adhere to all program requirements.

What are the enrollment requirements?

Before Applying:

  1. Your kindergarten student must be 5 on or before September 1, 2016.
  2. First graders must be 6 on or before September 1, 2016–or they must have completed kindergarten

All candidates for a Harmony-powered program are required to submit to the school:

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Immunization records
  3. Proof of Residency
What are the dates and timelines for waitlist and enrollment?

Students can expect to be contacted regarding school enrollment according to the following schedule:

  • February – Returning student re-enrollment begins
  • March – New student enrollment begins. Students from the wait-list will be notified as spaces become available in our programs. Deadlines for paperwork will be given according to the date of acceptance.
  • April – Returning student course selection begins
  • May – New student course selection begins.
  • August – School Starts

How do I turn in paperwork for my student?

Our partner schools require all enrollment documents to be submitted directly to them. The acceptance email will have instructions on how to submit those documents to your child’s school of enrollment.

Why do I need to fill out a registration packet if I am a returning student?

A full registration packet is required by state law to be enrolled in an Idaho school. All pages in the enrollment packet are important and the paperwork is required is needed for our partner school’s records.

Additional Information

  • Students are required to participate in State tests as required by law.
  • Students are required to make regular and consistent progress in each of their courses to remain eligible for Harmony Programs.
  • Students earn official public school credit, from their school of enrollment, for all courses on their approved schedule.
