We hope your summer has started off with a bang with activities like swim lessons and STEM camps. We know you have questions about the upcoming school year. Hopefully, this email will help you understand the work happening in the background.
Laupahoehoe CPCS met with the Charter School Commission on May 26. The good news is that they were approved to continue their Kaupea Virtual Program, and Harmony is still partnering with the school as the curriculum provider. LCPCS is working hard to meet the Charter School Commission requirements, such as hiring more teachers to work with Kaupea students. We are waiting patiently to see what this next school year will look like.
Once these details are finalized, the school will officially begin enrollment for next year. Rest assured, we will work overtime to ensure you have classes and resources by the beginning of the school year.
