A great place to stay up-to-date on important dates is the first page of the Family Resource Center. Here you’ll find information such as Flex submission dates, testing dates, etc. Bookmark this link to stay informed.

Flex Courses and Submission Dates
Here are the first Flex submission dates: August 30, Sept. 13, Sept. 27. Be sure to submit your students’ worksheets on time as this tracks attendance and progress.
To find helpful information about Flex, log in to the Family Resource Center, then go to Educational Resources > Flex Resources > Flex Training. Be sure to watch the “How to Submit a Flex Worksheet” video found in Flex Resources in the Family Resource Center.

Resource and Curriculum Orders
We are so excited to have so many new families in TFVSH! We are working as quickly as possible to fill orders for curriculum and resources. Please be patient with us in filling orders.
If you have not heard from the ordering department or received login information or Flex sheets two weeks after you have finalized your courses or two weeks after you submitted your order, THEN you can contact your mentor for further assistance. We are working hard to serve as many students as we can, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we process orders.
You can also check the status of your resource request by logging in to the Family Resource Center and clicking on Student Success Plan > View Your Resource Requests. If there is a problem with your resource order, you can contact the ordering department by going to Student Success Plan > Request Resources > Get Help with an Existing Order (Submit a Help Desk Ticket). You may leave comments related to missing items, provide additional information, etc.
