We are just two weeks away from the end of the school year, and what a year it has been! We have enjoyed working with you and your children and are grateful that you have been part of Harmony during this school year. This is the final touchpoint email for the school year, so please read through it carefully for important information for the end of the year.

Important Upcoming Dates
Flex Submission Dates
The final Flex submission for 2nd semester is due on May 15. Be sure to submit any missing worksheets by May 15 so that the graders will be able to grade the worksheets so that the grades are included in the final semester grade.
Twin Falls / Harmony Dates
May 21: End of 2nd Semester
With the soft closures of Idaho schools through the end of the school year, state testing (ISAT and IRI) is suspended. If you have a question about testing, please contact Gwen at email@example.com.
Please be sure to stay on pace with your submissions, as well as online coursework. Contact Gwen if you have a question or issue regarding your student’s courses. Remember that the last day to complete online coursework is May 21.
Enrollment for Next School Year
We’re excited to let you know about enrollment for the 2020-21 school year. You are invited to enroll with Harmony’s partner school, Idaho Home Learning Academy (IHLA) in the Oneida School District, a statewide program. Please view the highlights of Harmony’s program at IHLA here https://harmonyed.com/idaho/features/.
If you are interested in enrolling with IHLA for the 2020-21 school year, please let Nancie Metro, at firstname.lastname@example.org, know as soon as possible so that we can send you the IHLA enrollment information.
Harmony and IHLA will be a wonderful part of your family’s educational experience for the 2020-21 school year! If you have specific questions about the IHLA program, please contact Stacey Snow at 801-310-7520 or email@example.com.
You may submit reimbursement requests through May 31. Remember that you may submit one reimbursement request per student per month. Please note that remaining funds for students in a family may not be combined for ordering.
You can check your student’s funding balance by logging into the Family Resource Center and clicking on Student Success Plan > View Resource Allocation Balance.
You can also check the status of your resource request by logging in to the Family Resource Center and clicking on Student Success Plan > View Your Resource Requests.
If there is a problem with your resource order, you can contact the ordering department by going to Student Success Plan > Request Resources > Get Help with an Existing Order (Submit a Help Desk Ticket). You may leave comments related to missing items, provide additional information, etc.
