Calendars
A great place to stay up-to-date on important dates is the calendar found on the parent dashboard. Here you’ll find information such as Flex submission dates, testing dates, school dates, etc.

Ask Harmony
Starting on April 28, Harmony will be hosting a weekly Q&A on Zoom. This is a great opportunity for new and returning families to meet with Harmony and get questions answered. These Q&As will be held weekly every Thursday at 1 pm from April 28 through September 15. To access the Ask Harmony Q&A, click here. Options Day for the Salt Lake Area
We are excited to announce that Options Day is coming to the Salt Lake area for the 2022-23 school year. We are looking for a site manager and teachers for this new Options Day location. If you are interested in these positions, please contact Mario Wilcock at mwilcock@harmonyed.com. More details will be coming!
Flex Submission Dates
Here are the Flex Direct and Flex Independent submission dates for the 4th quarter. Be sure to submit your students’ worksheets on time as this tracks attendance and progress.
April 1 – (Kindergarten – Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies)
April 22 – (Kindergarten – Language Arts, Math)
May 6 – (Kindergarten – Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies)
May 20 – (Kindergarten – Language Arts, Math)
* Please note which Kindergarten worksheets will be submitted for each date.
To find helpful information about Flex Direct or Flex Independent courses, log into the Family Resource Center and go to the Curriculum Orientation. From the sidebar menu in the Flex Direct and Flex Independent sections, you’ll find FAQs, which include submission instructions and a submission video.
Portfolio Submissions for 4th Quarter
For Harmony Portfolio courses, the 4th quarter portfolio submissions are due on May 6. All portfolios need to be submitted no later than May 20 to give the teachers time to review and grade them before the end of the quarter.
The guidelines for portfolios are as follows:
- 5-8 portfolio items per subject.
- Items need to show student work, and examples could include worksheets, reports, tests/quizzes, science projects, etc. Remember that portfolio Items need to be the student’s actual work, not a learning log or description of what the student has been doing.
- Portfolio items need to be grade-level work.
- Portfolio items need to demonstrate student work over the course of 2 months.
Resource Orders
Resource ordering is closed for the school year. If you still have funds to use you will need to use reimbursement.
