Welcome Back to Harmony
Dear Harmony Families,
Welcome to a brand-new school year! We’re grateful you’ve chosen Harmony as your partner in education. Whether you’re homeschooling or participating in online learning, we’re excited to support you and your student on this journey.
We’re always looking for ways to grow and improve—and this year is no exception. One exciting update is that student funding has increased to $2,025 per student, giving families even more flexibility to customize learning with high-quality curriculum, tools, and educational experiences.
We’re also looking forward to connecting with students and families in person. Our calendar is full of engaging field trips and enrichment events, and we encourage you to join in as many as you can—they’re a great way to build community and enhance your student’s education.
At Harmony, our mission is to make your experience as smooth and supportive as possible. You can count on us to keep refining our programs, resources, and systems to better serve your needs.
Remember, your student’s mentor is your go-to person for questions, support, and guidance. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them—they’re here for you.

Harmony Choice
Harmony Choice is a new program available for our Utah and Idaho families, designed to offer more flexibility in selecting supplemental programs at no cost to you, for your children. This initiative reflects Harmony’s ongoing commitment to personalized, student-centered learning. Flex Information
Here are the Flex submission dates for the 1st semester. Be sure to submit your student’s worksheets on time as this tracks attendance and progress.

Possible Resources
At Harmony, we are always excited about the resources we can offer to students to help with their education. You will want to order your curriculum and technology first, and use remaining funds for a variety of things to help your student learn. We have included a few fun ideas and examples of how you could use the funds we provide for your student. Most items have price limits so if you are wondering about them please ask your mentor.

Resource Ordering
Ordering is now open for all order types of resources. For everything except reimbursements, families may submit one order per student, per semester.
- 1st Semester Ordering Window: July 1 – October 31
- 2nd Semester Ordering Window: December 1 – January 3
- Reimbursements will begin processing on August 15.
- Request Technology: This is the best place to order laptops to make sure they are ordered in case there are any hold-ups with your orders.
- Request Educational Supplies & Resources: Order all your general supplies, workbooks, textbooks, pencils, art supplies, museum membership, etc. You can submit items from multiple websites.
- Request 3rd Party Payments: Once your 3rd party vendors are approved, you can request the payment for them here. You will receive a check to pay them once it is processed. If your child is taking a full-year class, make sure to split up the payments and only pay by semester.
- Internet Payments: Use this to request up to $225 payable to your internet service provider per semester. Note: This is limited to one per family.
- Request Curriculum Subscriptions and/or Kits: If you want to purchase curriculum or other subscriptions offered through Harmony (like MobyMax, Dreambox, etc.) and use it as an extra resource, this is the place.
- Request Reimbursement: Reimbursements can be submitted up to 10 times per year – once for each month of the school year. Receipts dated May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026 can be submitted.
- Request Educational Subscriptions: Educational subscriptions include subscriptions for Tinker Crate, ABC Mouse, Kiwi Crate, and dozens of other educational subscription options. If you don’t see an item listed, you can request that subscription when you request school supplies on the resource order form.
