Happy Fall! Can you believe we are almost finished with the first semester? We hope that your children are working well and enjoying their courses.

Here are the important dates to keep in mind as we finish this semester off and start on to 2nd semester.
Last day of 1st semester: Dec. 17 (DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ALL WORK)
Winter Break: Dec. 20 – Jan. 3
2nd Semester Begins: Jan. 4
Dr. Martin Luther King Day: Jan. 17
Presidents Day: Feb. 21
Last day of 3rd Quarter: Mar. 11 (DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ALL Q3 WORK)
Spring Break: Mar. 14- 18
Kuhio Day: Mar. 25
Good Friday: Apr. 15
Last day of 2nd Semester: May 27 (DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ALL WORK)
If you are behind in Flex submissions please make sure to catch up by December 17. Student progress is an important part of the Harmony program.
It is very important that students submit work on time and complete the expected number of activities/lessons for online courses. This shows that students are engaged in their courses and that they are participating and attending. If you have concerns about your child’s courses, please be sure to reach out to your mentor.
Be sure to submit your students’ worksheets on time, as this tracks attendance and progress.
Important note about Flex submissions: Flex worksheets may be submitted in any order and should not be matched to the submission number if they are done out of order. However, worksheets need to be submitted according to the submission schedule. For example, if your child does worksheet 9 now, you may submit it on Oct. 23, which is the 6th submission date. However, you cannot do the online quizzes out of order.
The second resource ordering period has begun. Resource ordering will remain open until Jan. 31. There will be no extensions, so please submit any remaining orders by January 31.
You can check the status of your resource orders by clicking on each resource order link in the parent dashboard. If there is an issue with your resource order, you can contact the ordering department by submitting a Help Desk Ticket. You may leave comments related to missing items, provide additional information, etc. Note: The Help Desk is only for resource order questions.
