Calendars 🗓️
A great place to stay up-to-date on important dates is the calendar found on the Parent Dashboard. Here you’ll find information such as Flex submission dates, testing dates, school dates, etc.

Upcoming School Dates:
- Oct 17-20: Fall Break (No School)
- October Flex Due Dates – 10/03, 10/17, 10/31
- Sept 19th -First Portfolio Submission – Please submit if you have not already done so.
Resource Ordering 📦
REMINDER: You have until October 31st to submit your 1st semester resource orders. After that you will need to wait until. The 2nd semester ordering period is Dec 1 – Jan 31. We cannot guarantee anything will arrive by Christmas.
Technology Recommendations 💻
You may be wondering about technology requirements for your child’s courses with Harmony. Here are some technology recommendations to help you make choices as you order technology resources and get ready for your child to learn at home.
Recommended Computer Specifications:
- Windows 10 or iOS (Apple) based computer, Chromebooks may work with some programs
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent processor, 8 GB RAM recommended (4 GB RAM minimum)
- Strong high-speed Internet connection
Internet Browser: Harmony recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser.
- Download Google Chrome
- Download Firefox
Office Suite Software: Google Drive and/or LibreOffice Suites are free options for word processing and other software that you may need for your curriculum. You may also choose to purchase Office Suite software (such as Microsoft Office) using your Harmony Resources.

You may also use the online version of Google Drive by setting up an account.
- Create a Google Account
Antivirus: Windows 10 computers come with free antivirus software, Windows Defender. It is automatically active on the computer and frequently updated by Microsoft. There are other free options available or you may choose to allocate some of your Harmony Resources towards the purchase of software for your Apple or Windows-based computer.
Flex Information 💪
Here are the Flex submission dates for the 2nd Quarter Be sure to submit your student’s worksheets on time as this tracks attendance and progress.

Join us for our interactive Family Focus Fridays sessions designed to support and empower parents in the homeschooling journey.
